Your Course Goals:
* To refuse to be intimidated
by speaking Japanese and using its writing system
* To develop basic skills in natural Japanese conversation
* To develop excellent communication strategies for a foreign language
* To maintain and master the reading, writing and pronunciation of hiragana
and katakana

Begin memorizing and using essential kanji for reading and writing
* To learn as much as possible about REAL contemporary Japanese culture and
life
* To have fun and realize that foreign language learning is truly something
enjoyable and intellectually stimulating
