My name is Sean Hollender, and I want to welcome you to our school!

I have been doing martial arts for 25 years, and I can tell you that it has dramatically enriched my life in so many ways. I know that our staff and I will provide you the best martial arts has to offer.

Our programs have enhanced the lives of so many children and adults in our community for the past two decades helping them achieve not only excellent physical skills, but more importantly skills for life. Our programs emphasize life skills including self-discipline, self-confidence and self-realization.

I hope that I will see you or your child soon to begin a journey that will not only teach self-defense, but help you or your child become a better person physically and mentally!
